I recently read Simon Squibb’s “What’s Your Dream?” And while I love the message, it still left me feeling a bit… meh.

Because there is a stage in life,  where “just quit” isn’t always an option.
You’ve got a mortgage. Kids in school. A lifestyle you don’t want to trade in.

But that doesn’t mean reinvention is off the table.
It just means you need a strategy.

Here’s what I tell my clients:
Don’t quit. Build the foundation first.

  • Get radically clear on your goals
  • Define the exact steps (not vibes)
  • Position yourself as a thought leader
  • Build your personal brand
  • Network intentionally
  • Start building momentum

And then, when the time is right – you jump.
