If we don’t see what’s possible, how are we supposed to dress like it?

After my LinkedIn post about BOSS, I had so many women reach out. Turns out I’m not the only one frustrated by workwear options that scream “arm candy” more than “executive.”

It sparked some really interesting conversations – on LinkedIN, over coffee, in voice notes.

We all had our version of the same complaint:
What do you wear when you actually lead the room?

Not just in title, but in energy. In ambition. In authority.

Because honestly? Most of the fashion advice out there either assumes you want to fade into the background or that you’re on your way to a baby shower.

Pinterest is full of oatmeal knits and motivational quotes.
The bold stuff? Feels like a risk. Especially in male-dominated spaces.

But here’s the thing: fashion reflects power.
And when we don’t see enough women leading visibly, stylishly, on their own terms,
we’re left without a blueprint.

So I decided to stop complaining and start creating 🤗.
That’s why I started filming a mini-series for my YouTube channel:
“Non-Boring Workwear” – real outfits, real life, real leadership.

No fluff. No dark suit/white shirt combos unless you love them.

Because if we don’t see what’s possible,
how are we supposed to dress like it?

Episode 1 drops soon and yes, I’m wearing shorts.

See you next week,
