I’m Dr. Kerstin Brehm and I’ve walked the path you’re on. For 13+ years, I was a cardiovascular surgeon in Germany and some of the world’s leading hospitals and medical centres around Europe, leading in life-or-death situations where precision and performance meant everything. Then I pivoted into global business, becoming a Director at Deloitte Deutschland (Big 4 Auditing and Consulting Firm), an entrepreneur, a Principal at Roland Berger (Global Strategy and Management Consultancy Firm) and later a Managing Director at VAMED, a global leader healthcare supplies.
Today, I bring a rare combination of medical expertise, business acumen and leadership experience to my work as an executive and leadership coach for ambitious women worldwide.
